In addition to the standard discussions of the traditional Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), and Construction Management Agency (CMA) the book will review Public Private Partnerships (P3), Competitive Sealed Proposals-Best Value(BV), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Multi-Prime (MP), Performance Based Proposals, Job Order Contracting (JOC), Shared Energy Savings Performance (ESCO), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Lease-Lease Back (LLB- California) and variations such as Collaborative Design Build and others.

Gary has spent over 40 years in the design and construction industry, not counting his work with his father's construction company and uncles' ranches starting at age eight. Even with multiple degrees, Gary states that his greatest education is through life experiences and he has learned more from failures than successes.
