This book advances keen insights into a new paradigm of organizational theory in higher education. This paradigm is grounded in an effectual model of influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and strategic change on university effectiveness. It reveals how these predictors of organizational effectiveness necessarily exist in combination and act in a mutually-contingent manner to increase the capability of a university to transform into a more effective and adaptable body so that it can achieve its vision and mission and expand itself in an ever-changing environment.
