Today, in an age of rapid advances in science and technology that has changed the face of schools; knowledge, information, techniques, principles and educational strategies of teachers alone is not enough. In fact, organize, deployment, timely and accurate use of information is essential in an educational environment. In scientific words, knowledge and training management can be considered as the basis of the beginnings of growth in the software and the knowledge production in schools in current information century; a management which organizes, retrieves, transfers and disseminates knowledge from school, adopts intellectual capital of students with strategic motivation and accelerates knowledge life cycle which forms organizational learning.
