This book has a purely educational purpose. It is a collection of different electronic sources. it is organised in three units. The first one is reserved for the conceptual framework of knowledge management (definitions of KM, data, information, knowledge, wisdom,). The second unit deals with the road map of knowledge management (evaluation of knowledge infrastructure, Design and development of knowledge system, deployment system, evaluation of knowledge management performance). Finally the third unit analyses the way in which we develop knowledge management and how to measure its effect.
