In recent years, organizations and various companies have started to join the knowledge process and new concepts such as knowledge work, work knowledge, knowledge management, and knowledge organizations, representative the intensification of this trend. "A considerable amount of knowledge management is common sense, but it's not common." To achieve the potential benefits of knowledge management, a systematic approach is required. The essentialities of this approach are explained in the following. Knowing that what you know (and what don't know).
