Inventory management makes or breaks both state owned as well as privately owned organizations. A combination of negligence and lack of accountability by management and officials can only be a recipe for failure. The economy of South Africa is much reliant on Eskom for adequate electrical power supply. Adequate asset management by this state owned organization has propensity to reduce poverty and unemployment.

He is an MBA graduate of Management College of Southern Africa (2015), B-Tech Management at Durban University of Technology (2012).He studied the following at University of Pretoria, South Africa: PPM, PMM,MDP,SMP. He is employed by Eskom as a Senior Supervisor Tech.
