Due to the strong market competition, companies must develop a tool to manage the present and control the uncertainty of the future, it shows concern for most companies to establish a monitoring system management. In this context, this project will address the topic of designing a management control system within an industrial company. However, there is no single model of management control that can be applied to all companies regardless of size, activity. Hence the need for a thorough study of the company to design the appropriate model. For this, theoretical research, and interviews with the heads of various functions were taken to collect the maximum information, the information on which it relied to get to design a management control system for the company.
