this study is conducted in Malang, Indonesia. it was thesis for master degree. it was a description and an explanation for leadership role, pay fairness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in small businesses. so this study is as an example for description and analyzing these four variables in small business. it also describe the relation and impact of these parameters in each other.

Abdullah Mohammed Al-Ansi is originally from Yemen. he got his bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering on February 2012 from KNTU in Tehran, Iran. He got his MBA from UB Malang Indonesia on 2014 and got his Ph.D. in Educational Management in UIN Malang on November 2016.
