In an effort to improve the overall productivity and performance in the healthcare sector a wide variety of different researches sought to identify the conditions that create a highly motivated and satisfied workforce. Although a growing body of interest toward job satisfaction exists globally, minimum were done on pharmacists. The number of Saudi and expatriates pharmacists in the government and private healthcare sector has been steadily increasing in Saudi Arabia during the past few decades, drawing management attention toward concerning factors influencing pharmacists motivation and job satisfaction.

Nabila is a pair of twins born in Tunisia in 1977 and raised in Saudi Arabia till the age of 16 when they moved to Hove in UK. She obtained her Bachelor of Pharamcy with honours from Liverpool John Moores University in 2000, then a Master of Science degree in International Management of Health System from Liverpool University.
