Nowadays food processing sector is also one of the rapidly growing sector. Supplier selection plays an important role in food processing sector. The objective of this content is to demonstrate the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a popular multi criteria decision support tool in assessment and selection of (best) suppliers for food industry, namely food wholesalers.This will reduce the potential risk of selecting wrong supplier.
