The thesis is concerned with the relationships between civil aircraft manufacturer and its suppliers. Airbus and Boeing are considered as a two largest civil aircrafts, their case studies would be utilized as an empirical basis for the unit analysis. This study focuses on the analysis of these two companies and their connections with key, tier-1 partners. The in-depth analysis of the supply chain relationships reveals interesting insights into the relationship strategies and supply network attributes.
