The most successful developer in the world is nature itself. The aerodynamics of wings, the surface and shape of fish, the lightweight structure of mammal bones are few examples of natures wisdom that are benchmarked in technology. On the same line, Bionics approach can be brought into management. In current cut throat management, natures rule, Survival of the Best, is also true for the organisations. For organisations to be the best, Bionism approach can provide concrete guidelines to design intelligent management systems which are robust still flexible and adaptive. The purpose of this novel approach is to formulate conceptions to create, explore and evaluate alternative future of organisations and management.

Dr. Suhas Dhande is the Director at K.R. Sapkal College of Management Studies, Nashik, under SP Pune University, India. He is a mechanical engineer with masters and doctorate in management, having more than 11 years of experience with 'Atlas Copco' and 'Mahindra R&D'. He is a Ph.D. guide and having a patent and many articles to his credit.
