The Smart Government is the advanced e-Government which has been indicated as an emerging global trend in public service delivery. Besides its part mobile services are making public services more accessible to citizens, and giving opportunity to access anytime, anywhere, mobility, and portability for the public, business, and government. The utilization of Smart Government mobile service is having various numbers of challenges including complexity of different technologies, securing access, providing a common architecture, and reducing duplication among existing and new systems in the application field. In order to get over these challenges, an integrated, an innovative and comprehensive system architecture is required to design the framework of Smart Government for the mobile services. Hence, following to this study, it has designed and proposed A Smart Government Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework for mobile application services in order to avoid unnecessary duplication of system deployments, and to integrate common parts of the application service. The study based on literature review, as-is analysis, and case studies of developed and developing countries.
