The 20-year reform of the agricultural sector in Albania has remained in a very small structure of agricultural economies, less than 2 hectares / farms. Albania continues to be a net importing country, with 7 times more imports than exports. A problem for the agricultural sector is also the irrigation system. At present, only 30% of agricultural land is under water. In order to have water for irrigation in every piece of arable land, the drainage and irrigation system of the country should be recovered. Farmers' participation plays a key role in developing the economy and reducing poverty. Without participation, there would be neither agricultural programs nor development. Lack of participation in decision-making of agricultural policy tools may lead to failure to develop agriculture. In this study is used the logistic regression analysis to evaluate the factor that have a positive effect on agricultural activities

Assoc. Prof Ina PAGRIA from June 2016 is the Vice Dean at the Faculty of Economy and Agribusiness. In 2013 she received the Associate Professor title, while in 2011 she was awarded with the Docent title. In 2010 she received the Doctor of Science degree with "Businesses of the partnership type in rural development of the country".
