This work could be an useful tool to resharpen your mind about workspace design if you are a project based organization. We have some creative ideas towards how organizations should optimize their workspace. The conclusion is based on our interview to many management members of different small and big groups which are all innovation driven organizations. Hopefully our work will help you to broaden your view about present business management stream.

The author started his undergrade studying in Finland at seventeen years old. Five years later he continued his master program in Linköping University of Sweden. In 2012, he started his career as an international business sales manager in ALO Center AB, Mora, Sweden.
