Beschreibung
The project has investigated US's drone legitimation process, using Ian Clark's tool-kit of how the process unfolds in the international society. By doing this this project shows how by legitimising their drone policy the US is subtly suggesting changes in the already established international laws. With the help of Clark's indicator the project scrutinises drone legitimation speech by Harold Koh, the then US Legal Advisor to the Obama administration. Then the result of this process is compared with the outcomes of what legitimacy of drone means to the intentional society that is the UN general assembly, International Court of Justice, International Red Cross Committee.
