In this book, the author has presented various problems and measures to get rid of it so far as the Social Security is concerned in general and to Rourkela Steel Plant in particular. We hope this book work may be useful for the promotion and welfare of the social Security in various sectors of the Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies & Industries. Particularly Rourkela Steel Plant may enhance its Social Security measures for better upliftment of employees and employers personal and organizational development. Though every care has been taken to incorporate authentic information, yet some errors or omissions might have crept in inadvertently. Dr.Dhirendra Narayan Naik is a Law Officer,Ex-Sr.Lecturer,Rourkela Law Collage, Rourkela, Ex- Joint-Secretary, District Bar Association, Sundargarh, Odisha,India. He has been awarded with Ph.D Degree in Law from Utkal University,Vanivihar,Bhubaneswar,Odisha,India. Born in Sundargarh District of Odisha in the Year 1974.
