This manuscript is the replica of the detail work on Human Embryonic Stem Cell(hESC) research keeping in view of ICMR (INDIAN COUNCIL OF MEDICAL RESEARCH) guidelines which were laid down in 2007.The clause under ICMR guideline pointing towards the use of hESC on human subject. This research work exposes the critical analysis on the use of Embryonic stem Cell. the observation / analysis is based on the empirical research on the stem cell considering the views of experts in the relevant field.
