The Study was conducted in Dodola town of Oromia Regional State, by taking two different ownership Micro-finance institutions. The study results is necessary for developing countries to indicate their Micro-finance institutions positions in comparison to other forms of financial institutions exists in the World. Micro-finance institutions are essential for developing countries financial problems as well as to address their financial shortages. Micro-finance by nature not only solving the financial problems rather they addressed the social as well as working in line with friendly with their social groups.

My name is Sintayehu Tulu. I was born in Amhara Regional State. I have learned Primary and Secondary Education in Denba elementary and Haile Mariam Mamo Comprensive Secondary School. The first and second degrees obtained from Ambo and Hawassa University in Accounting and Finance, Currently working in Ardaita ATVET College as senior instructor.
