Sr.Kinikonda Okemasisi holds a Bachelor of science in Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Masters degree from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi-Kenya. Currently pursuing her Doctorate studies in Educational Administration. She has published several articles and her research interest is on quality education.
