Nowadays, employers are looking for people who have the basic problem solving skills necessary for overcoming obstacles effectively. Despite the importance of these skills, most universities do not equip their students well enough with problem solving skills that is essential for the labour market. To prove this, a case study was conducted on the three majors- TEFL, translation and executive skills- of the Faculty of Languages at MSA University in order to determine how far the students have acquired the necessary job related problem solving skills. Therefore, this book is essential for the students who want to improve their performance in their real life jobs after graduation and the teachers of such majors to help the students acquire those skills better.
