The world is developed by working, the human society recognizes the importance of work in the development of civilization. In the center of social and economic history, it is exactly the world of work. Today, in modern times, employment has become a challenging aspect about creating and maintaining supportive and healthy environments that allow a balance between work and personal responsibilities. Individuals are different and the circumstances in which they are located are different, therefore it creates the need for recognition to the fact that the balance measurement can be a subjective sense. Globalization, the development of capitalism has become the increasingly important study of the labour market. Work directly affects the personal finances of each individual, then in his social welfare, and consequently in the development of a society. Labour market conditions fluctuate continuously, this is why markets are regulated and organized by the government. There are not only markets that have changed but also the way we deem individuals or discuss the labour market.
