It delved into various interplay of culture and policies in some East African countries as Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. Ijeoma B. Anumaka (Mrs.) is an Associate Professor and Director, Academic Affairs, Kampala International University, Uganda. She is an ordained Minister of Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has researched, taught and consulted extensively in the field of education. She is also widely exposed in practical education management and administration.
