This book is good for Construction Management Students, especially at the Polytechnic and University levels. It discusses extensively on Planning of building projects, production of building, site management, monitoring and evaluation of on-going building projects. The book discusses the role of builders during project planning, execution and handling over of the building to the client. It also discusses some essential project execution tools, types of contracts, site organization, labour turn- over, theory X and Y management techniques, principles of making productivity agreement between operatives and employers, and roles of builders after successful tendering.

Olowoake Mohammed is an author of many books in the Built Environment, and a Builder by profession. He holds Doctor of Philosophy in the Built Environment. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Building Technology, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
