This book aimed to look at the perceptions and attitudes of students towards their attending institutions that affect their study. Through mix-method technique, this book intended to discover the role of certain factors that play an important role during admission at universities in Ghana. Students decide to attend the tertiary institution from the senior high school. However, it depends on the programmes pursued in the institutions, the infrastructural projects, prominent personalities who have graduated from the institution and job opportunities. Still, certain factors such as entry requirement and the chances of offering an admission determine the students place at university. As stated this book is to help the University authorities on the need to attend to the issue of programmes that will help students to develop the right perception towards the school and to help students have the right approach of placing high value and confidence in their education in the University of Education, Winneba. The recommendations arising from this book is to be treated with high importance to the University authorities, the students leadership, and the students themselves and others.
