ERGONOMIC ISSUES AFFECTING TEACHERS SERVICE DELIVERY. Teaching as a noble job is characterised by some factors that lead to Health problems. Aspects of these factors include environmental, psychological, biological, social, political and economic. As such, if teachers must produce, there is need for the employer to put checks and balances to alleviate these factors in an attempt to promote service delivery.

Dr Margaret Wanjiru Gitumu is a lecturer at Karatina University and Kamau Michael Macharia is a principal in Giakaibeii Boys Secondary School. Dr Margaret has written a book on "Children's Self-Esteem and Parental Marital Status". She has published a number of papers in a referred journals.
