Sibuyi Charles Duzephi was born on the 16th of July 1960,in Bushbuckridge, South Africa. Passed grade 12 at Orhovelani High School and obtained a senior secondary teachers' certificate at Tivumbeni college of education. Obtained the following degrees : BSc(1992), B.Ed(2003), MBA(2007) and M.Ed(2013).Currently work as a circuit manager in Mpumalanga
