Any successful organization needs to keep pace with technological development. This study aims to develop a proposal for an electronic system that helps automate procedures to the Board of Directors of the independent commission and the Board of Directors of big companies, through case study that addressed research and included meetings of Commissioners Board of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) currently used, and propose an electronic system to hold these meetings electronically, and follow-up outcomes. The study examined normal working procedures for the meetings of Commissioners Board of ASEZA, and the positives of the application of an electronic system to automate business processes.
