The aim of this book is to understand the effect of artificial roughness on Solar Air Heater performance. Transient thermal performance under different flow conditions with different geometrical parameters has been evaluated using a validated simulation model and performance deterioration has been explained in terms of Friction factor. Design guidelines would help a beginner to understand the basic philosophy of optimizing the parameters affecting the thermo-hydraulic performance of Solar Air Heater.
Autorenporträt
Mr. Jitender Yadav studied in India at the Rajasthan Techincal University Kota where he successfully completed his B.Tech with honours in Mechanical Engineering and his M.tech. with honours in Thermal Engineering. The author has high interest in Renewable Energy and CFD analysis of the same.
