VICTOR BRAVO is a Chemical Engineering graduated from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Santa Fe, Argentina. Afterwards, he obtained a Master's degree in Oil Resources, at the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a Senior Researcher at the Bariloche Foundation, and a consultant at CEPAL and UNDP. He has been a Visiting Professor in many universities in Argentina, in Latin America and Spain. He is the Director of the "Latin American Course in Energy Economics and Planning"that the Bariloche Foundation offers annually since 1967.NICOLAS DI SBROIAVACCA is a Petroleum Engineer, Master in Energy Economics and Environment (Scuola Enrico Mattei, Italy) and has a specialization in hydrocarbon management (National Petroleum Directorate, Norway). He has worked in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and Africa, being hired as a consultant by institutions and organizations such as UNDP, UNIDO, IDB, CAF, UNFCCC, NCSP, UN, EU, ECLAC, OLADE, among others. He is director of the Master in Energy Economics and Energy and Environmental Policy and he currently holds the position of Executive President of the Bariloche Foundation.
