Professor Jinjun Xue is a low-carbon economist at the University of Nagoya. His recent publications include Low-carbon Economy Theories by World Science Publishers.Professor Zhongxiu Zhao directs a major research project on Carbon Marketing System in China granted by the Chinese national government.Professor Yande Dai is the deputy head of the Energy Research Institute at NDRC China. He has lead numerous policy recommendation reports for Chinese energy policymakers.Dr. Bo Wangs research interests range from environmental to energy policies. He directs several projects, both from international organizations and the Chinese government, in energy and environment.
