The topics of Power Electronics with Wind Energy System has gained considerable importance in the recent years. There has been a growing demand for Wind Energy System, which deals with the integration of Converter and Wind Energy System. This book is only meant for M-Tech first year students who are interested in research works related to Power Converter with Wind Energy Systems. It consists of three major features. Firstly, it decribes different types of converters and their mathematical models. Secondly, the complete Simulink/ Matlab has been narrated for the readers. Finally, a thorough discussion on the simulation results and its Simulink Model has been carried out.

Dr. Kanhu Charan Bhuyan, received his B.Tech. degree in I&E Engineering from CET, BBSR., Odisha, India in 2003 and his M.Tech. Degree in Control and Automation specialization from IIT, Delhi, India in 2005. He received his Ph.D Degree from NITR. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at I&E Department, CET, BBSR.
