A combination of non-novel concepts for a non-common solution. A collaborative model of development bringing users and developers of enterprise business intelligence systems together, with the objective of identifying and eliminating the misalignment between the two groups. The misalignment has led to the premature demise of many systems due to a failure to meet the objectives for which they were created.

Musa Khumalo holds a MSc degree from the University of South Africa and serves as a Business Intelligence Specialist. A keen researcher and public speaker, he's enrolled for a Ph.D with the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
