The purpose of this Workbook is to help children develop their vocabulary, spelling and thinking skills. Children will be able to build words from letters provided; locate words hidden in word searches and use clues to identify words in crossword puzzles. Dictionary use is encouraged as children can check the meaning of unfamiliar words. This workbook can be used by all children, whether they are having literacy problems or not. It provides a platform for practice and ultimately all children will benefit. Enjoy your word adventure, and remember to work at your own pace.
