Construction performance profoundly depends on the main participants of the industry mainly Contractor, Consultant and Client. Challenges and prosperous features are the manifestation of feature developing countries construction industry in the region and the country Ethiopia in general. Contractor performance in the construction industry mainly depends on their project management system which includes their cost control, time and quality management bedsides the human and technology managements.

Mr. Samuel Bekele (BSc.,MSc.) is an architect, urban planner and construction management specialist working as a lecturer and researcher in Mekelle University, school of architecture and urban planning and practicing in his own studio and in governmental enterprise in different part of Ethiopia.
