Beschreibung
Named Entity Recognition is first step for translation of an language. It is use to identify which is name, location or organisation in a given text. If one is able to identify these names, translation rules won't be applicable to them because they denote a name of person. Name remains same in any language, it can be in Hindi, English, Japanese or French. In all language name of person, name of location or name of organisation is same, it won't vary from one language to another.
