Beschreibung
Genetic Programming (GP) is a domain independent, problem-solving approach in which computer programs are evolved to find solutions to the problems. No research has been carried out to validate the results analytically so far. This study is carried out to perform the tests experimentally and then to validate the results analytically using finite element modelling of the fibrous and non-fibrous concrete corner joints under opening moments.Mathematical formula is generated using Genetic Programming.Three types of fibers, flat crimped-type steel fibers, hooked steel fibers and straight steel fibers with two aspect ratios 30 & 50 and with four volume fractions of 0.5, 1.00, 1.50 and 1.75 percentage have been used in the present study. Mathematical models for different types of fibers have been generated for the calculation of ultimate load by using Genetic programming and values have been compared with experimental values obtained, which proved to be in the closed proximity.
