Dr Adel Hejaaji is one of the expertises in SMEs management. His disciplinary research interests in operations management, industry benchmarking and design and modelling of agility models in manufacturing SMEs. He has published a number of papers and books in different languages. Dr Hejaaji has been invited as Keynote speaker in many conferences.
