The success of development projects is based on different and constantly changing scenarios that are defined during the project period with regard to the goals of the project. Therefore, development projects have a high degree of uncertainty during the entire project period. All sources of uncertainty and risks should be identified and eliminated in good time in order to be able to safely achieve the project goals. A constantly updated and adaptive risk management system and a risk management method should also be available and used competently in development projects. Since such a method or such a system specializing in development projects is not yet available on the market, the aim of this thesis entitled "Risk Management in Development Projects" is to develop such a method and to put it on a sustainable industrial basis.
