Dr. Rawat published and presented his research in many National as well as International conferences and also peer-reviewed journals. Totally he has published 2 books and more than 9 papers, maximum peer-reviewed journal papers. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Adama Science and Technology University, Adama, Ethiopia from November 2017 onwards. His current area of research is the analysis and design of the residential building by retrofitting techniques in term of sustainability.

Dr. Vijay S. Rawat was awarded a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Pacific University, India. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Adama Science and Technology University, Adama, Ethiopia. His current area of research is Retrofitting Techniques.
