Reciprocating machines were invented in 11th century by El-Cezeri. From that day to this, several modifications have been applied on them. Today, we have more efficient, more durable and environmentally friendly engines, but it is not enough. In this book, HCCI technology has been taken up comprehensively as a new technique in diesel engines in terms of combustion performance and exhaust emissions.
Autorenporträt
Asst.Prof. Hasan KÖTEN is the Head of Mechanical Engineering Department of Istanbul Medeniyet University. He is Mechanical and Electrical-Electronics Engineer as a double major. After his PhD, he worked at The Ohio State University as a visiting scholar.
