Very useful for Bearing manufacturing process. Bearing forming process is explained in details. There are Five Stages of bearing forming. 1. Upsetting 2. Back ward forming 3. Punching 4. Ring rolling 5. Final Forging In this work first three process is combined by single heavy press by using proper transfer mechanism. all three forming process is carried out in single machine so that production rate is increased drastically. After the implementation process machines required become less.
