Time delay can be because of many reasons; it is mainly due to far sensor location. This type of process is complex in nature and requires special attention. Different classical controller tuning techniques exist and are even developed today. Present book is based on the attempt to compare the existing controller tuning techniques for its set point tracking and disturbance rejection capability and find the best tuning method for the process selected for investigation.

Dr. P K juneja is presently working as Professor in ECE department at GEU, Dehradun, where he joined in year 2004. He completed P.hD., M.Tech. and B.Tech. from IIT roorkee, DAVV Indore and MJPRU, Bareilly respectively. He has several publications to his credit including those in Taylor and Francis, Scopus, SCI, Springer, and IEEE xplore.
