This book is about a strategy to design and develop a current pulser with some novelty so as to make it applicable for electrochemical based semiconductor processes. Owing to application specific requirements these pulsers do not readily available in the market. Pulser must have a sharp rise and fall time in the range of few nanoseconds with the provision of varying narrow pulse width, which is also in the range of nanoseconds. So, this is a useful book giving indepth knowledge in this area.

Dr. P K juneja is presently working as Professor and DRC chairman in ECE department at GEU, Dehradun. He completed P.hD., M.Tech. and B.Tech. from IIT roorkee, DAVV Indore and MJPRU, Bareilly respectively. He has 15 years of teaching and research experience. He has several reputed publications to his credit.
