Merertu Wakuma, born in Ethiopia is currently a PhD student in Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa institute of Technology. She received B.S.C degree in Textile Engineering from Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia and her MFTech degree in Fashion Technology (Apparel Production) from National Institute of Fashion Technology in India.
