This book provides comprehensive coverage to develop an embedded system which will track the location of busses and it will assist the passengers with the time of arrival of the bus and time table information. The complete system is going to be developed using ARM based platform, and the drivers required for GSM and GPS are going to be developed. The system will be having LCD display to display the location information, the embedded system will be installed in the bus. This system can also be connected to personal computer to get the travelled route information of the bus. A unique feature of this book that is missing in most of the available books on wireless communications and mobile communications is a balance between the theoretical and practical concepts. Moreover, this book can be used to teach engineering course in mobile data networking and mobile communications and wireless communications to ECE and CSE students.

Guntukala Surendher is pursuing PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He works as Associate Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Neil Gogte Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. He has 15 years of teaching experience.
