This book explains the CMOS logic for designing digital logic circuits and digital systems. The first chapter presents the CMOS inverter circuit and its static and dynamic characteristics. In addition, the examples of logic gates design using CMOS logic are given. In the second chapter, the combinational logic circuits design using CMOS logic (static design, dynamic design, Domino logic, NORA logic) and the issues raised in each design are explained. In third chapter, Bipolar gate design (Bi-CMOS logic) with its static and dynamic behavior is explained. In addition, delay analysis, power consumption and design considerations of Bi-CMOS logic circuits are explained. In the fourth chapter, sub system design process of arithmetic processor, shifter, ALU subsystem, Adders and Multipliers are explained.
Autorenporträt
Avvaru Srinivasulu was born in Andhrapradesh, India in 1985. He received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Control Engineering in 2016 and M.Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control Sytsems in 2008 from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has 11 years of teaching and research experience. He is pursuing PhD in Biomedical Signal Processing and Instrumentation.
