The major problems faced by customers for shopping grocery items today, is the effort and the time consuming tasks to be faced during shopping in a supermarket. One such difficulty is the need of frequently visiting the supermarket in order to buy day today items and also when buying the goods, most of the time, a walk around the shop to select the necessary products is an inevitable task. Another problem is the long queues at the cashier for the payments. Nowadays every business requires to have its own business application for mobile users. Although a business website serves the purpose of online selling of products, for mobile users even the most responsive websites can prove inconvenient for shopping online. This project - Android Shopping Cart Application, serves the purpose of bringing the offline business of selling grocery items to online, at mobile platform.
