One of the prominent Multiferroics materials, bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3 or BFO) feasibly possesses both the magnetic and ferroelectric behavior, so it has great importance in the field of multiferroics. The BFO is synthesized by sol-gel process at room temperature and low temperature using the solvent 2-methoxy ethanol. Structural,optical,dielectric and magnetic properties were strongly dependent upon the synthesis temperature. So we attempted to study the influence of synthesis temperature on the properties of Bismuth ferrite nanoparticles.The property changes were clearly elucidated with necessary interpretations.The foresaid synthesized material will play role in application fileds like spintronics, photocatalysis, memory storage devices, optical detectors, electrocatalysis, water splitting, etc.
