This book has given an overview of the sol-gel preparation method and characterization of Manganese and Barium doped Bismuth Ferrite. This work focused on the structural properties (XRD, SEM with EDAX and Raman study) and Magnetic properties(VSM) at room temperature. Dielectric properties were measured as a function of frequency over a temperature range. The properties such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent and AC conductivity as a function of frequency and temperature. The electrical properties like leakage current and J-E characteristics at room temperature.

Dr. Srinivas Voora is a faculty member, Technical Education, Telangana, India. He received his Master degree, from Kakathiya University, Warangal and Doctoral degree in Physics from JNT University, Hyderabad. The author is having 25 years of experience in teaching and ten years in research and received the state best teacher award in 2019.
